This Package is often useful for the budget minded bride, as well as for other big life celebrations and corporate events. This package allows for expert help and advice ahead of time to make changes and create an organized and beautiful event to your taste. If you have been planning your own event, but it is now becoming overwhelming and you want certainty that the details will be managed the day of the event, then this package is a good option. The client will begin to work with Event Trensetter up to three months prior to the event allowing for the client and coordinator to understand every element of the celebration. Event Trendsetter will assist with precision and eliminate oversight on the event day. Event Trendsetter will be on sight the day of your event to overcome blunders and create a successful event. Services include:

Unlimited consultations starting three months prior to the event - phone, e-mail, face to face meeting
Print material selections and design assistance - invitations, maps, program cards, menue cards, thank you cards, etc.
Day-Of Itinerary creation - for the client, guest, vendors, bridal party (for weddings)
Full, On-Site Coordination day of event.
Vendor Liason Role - Communicating your style and preference to vendors
Rental item pick-up and return
For Weddings: Full, On-site Coordination at rehearsal, ceremony and reception, Writing and Submitting Engagement/Wedding Announcement

All Event Trendsetter Coordination Packages Include:
	Unlimited e-mails and phone call with your coordinatior/planner to ensure open and accurate communication.
	Traditional wedding/formal events conduct advice.
	Prior communication with vendors. Meeting friends and family who are assisting in planning the event.
