Event Trendsetter Day of Coordination

This package is specially created for hosts who already have everything set for their event or wedding and just need coordination of the day.  With this option, the client can get event or wedding coordination and be stress free the day of the event with assurance that errors will be eliminated and details will be attended to.  Services include:

• One face to face meeting with your event/wedding coordinatior before your event day.
• Eight hours of event day coordination
• Detailed event itinerary to be distributed to the vendors
• Delivery of final payment to vendors.
• For Weddings - Detailed wedding and reception itinerary to be distributed to wedding participants and vendors.
• For Weddings - Rehearsal coordination.

All Event Trendsetter Coordination Packages Include:
	Unlimited e-mails and phone call with your coordinatior/planner to ensure open and accurate communication.
	Traditional wedding/formal events conduct advice.
